Quality Control

The Quality Policy, based on which the operations of the “Olympion Care S.A. Recovery & Rehabilitation Center” are planned, is widely publicized inside and outside the Center and is summarized in the following:

  • Implementation of a Quality Management System in accordance with the standards of ELOT EN ISO 9001:2015 as well as ELOT EN 15224: 2017.
  • Operation of the Center in full compliance with national and European Legislation Provision of all necessary resources for the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
  • Establishing Cooperation with reliable and evaluated suppliers, partners and subcontractors
  • Continuous training of the staff in the work they perform as well as in the effective implementation of the Quality Management System
  • Continuous modernization and maintenance of equipment and facilities
  • Assessment of patient needs and quick and efficient response
  • Providing confidence in meeting patient needs
  • Systematic analysis of all valid complaints of patients or their relatives and any cases of non-compliance and investigation of the causes.
  • Continuous monitoring of medical and technological developments
  • Taking preventive and corrective actions
  • Continuous improvement of the organization, operation and efficiency of the Quality Management System.
  • Managing threats and opportunities.
  • Establishment of objective quality objectives resulting from the processes of measuring and monitoring the performance of the Quality Management System, which are in continuous application to gather information and data
  • Identifying, evaluating and managing the potential risks related to the activities of each department and taking measures to prevent / deal with them.

In general, the objective of the Ioannina Recovery and Rehabilitation Center is to achieve, maintain and improve its image and credibility by providing high quality healthcare services.

The satisfaction of the Center's patients and their relatives is a strategic point in its operation. The Center's Management recognizes the catalytic role played by its patients in maintaining its good reputation and is committed to maintaining the quality of services provided to its patients with the aim of their quick recovery and rehabilitation.

The staff of the Olympion Care S.A. has the responsibility to respond, assimilate and apply the procedures defined and required by the Quality Management System during its daily activities.

It is also the responsibility of the Administration to ensure that the Quality Policy is applicable, with the ultimate goal of the continuous and stable development of the Center's activities and adherence to its goals, maintaining the high quality of healthcare services provided to its patients.
