Infusion of botulinum toxin (botox – dy sport). The botulinum toxin is used for the lysis of dynamic contractures and the spasticity management in deformity-contracture cases of fingers, cubital, shoulder (upper extremity), as well as spasticity of the lower extremities with bowleg, foot clone as well as incapability of standing due to contractures of the posterior femorals and tibias.
